It’s been an exciting year for LCvista, starting with our merger with Prolaera in January. We’re now thrilled to announce that Mark Rothert has joined us as CEO to help lead us in our next stage of growth. Mark has a track record of guiding growth-stage software startups to reach new heights, including as the President of MessageMedia, as an Operating Principal for TCV (Technology Crossover Ventures), and as the COO of Cordance, a private equity-backed software holding company. He will partner with the executive team and organization to build on the strong foundation they have created over the past six years:

We’ve taken advantage of Mark’s addition to our leadership team and our newfound scale from the Prolaera merger, which included a strategic investment from Polaris Growth Fund, to accelerate our efforts to innovate and meet the evolving needs of our customers, and just as importantly, to grow our support function to best serve them. We’re extremely proud that we’ve seen 100 percent retention among our customer base and grateful they’ve entrusted LCvista with their learning and compliance needs.
We are unequivocally committed to making the learning and compliance experience as efficient and effective as possible, a commitment that is reflected in the continued investments we’re making to enhance our product. We are laser-focused on helping firms and learning and compliance leaders provide their accountants with the tools they need to develop professionally and fulfill compliance requirements, and are in the process of combining the LCvista and Prolaera platforms to ensure that everyone has access to the best of what each platform offers. We know that our customers are the reason that LCvista is what it is today and we’re more focused than ever on helping them achieve their business objectives.
