Meet the LCvista Leadership Team
Our entire team has a combined experience of over 140 years in serving the unique learning and development needs of accounting firms.
I joined LCvista as CEO in July 2023 to help lead the next stage of the company’s growth journey. I’m honored to work with such a committed, hardworking, and creative group of colleagues, and I’m excited about the opportunity we have to deliver even greater value to our clients.
Prior LCvista, I spent 10 years leading other software companies and before that worked as a management consultant and investment professional.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping clients be successful in the accounting industry. As the founder and Chief Sales Officer, I drive the overall direction of LCvista to allow firms to focus on their core responsibility – their clients. The best thing about working at LCvista are the amazing people I get to work with, both internally and externally.
I came to the accounting industry after discovering how difficult it was for organizations to efficiently and effectively manage the many challenges related to Continuing Education. Ultimately, that led to the founding of Prolaera and after merging with LCvista, I'm excited to help create solutions that enable organizations to thrive through the evolving complexities of our industry.
I previously worked as an aircraft design engineer at Boeing and I love all things airplanes, tinkering, BBQ, mountain biking, and football/basketball.
I have over 25 years of experience building software and managing software teams. Prior to co-founding LCvista, Aaron built and led teams responsible for large scale data platforms at eCommerce company zulily.
I’ve enjoyed working in the accounting industry for ten plus years with experience in customer support, account management, and product implementation. My primary role is to ensure our clients successfully utilize all that LCvista has to offer. I’m committed to the LCvista experience all the way from our internal processes to the customer interaction.
What I enjoy most about LCvista is our client community. I feel so fortunate to interact with such an amazing group of people who openly communicate and are dedicated to the future of our products.
I have over 25 years of experience including various roles in public accounting, corporate audit, finance, and operations. As the CFO my responsibility is to oversee and direct the company’s short and long-term financial goals. I love the inclusive, family atmosphere of the company.
I have worked in the Tax & Accounting industry for a little over 10 years. I get to work closely with customers making sure their onboarding/implementation and support experience is top notch. Customer Service is a passion of mine and something I strive to consistently improve on a daily basis.
LCvista is a place where the customer needs really come first. Not only do I love their passion for making customers happy, but also their determination in maintaining an evolving, innovative product. I have never worked with a more fun, competent, and driven group of people in my entire career. Working at LCvista does not feel like a job, but rather a family.
I have 15 years leading and building software teams in various industries from identity to travel to security. Most recently I was part of Kenna Security, which was acquired by Cisco. Previously I helped lead and build the sponsored listing team at Expedia from 5 people to 30 across 3 locations.
What drew me to LCvista was the emphasis on empowering people to thrive. Everyone maintains a growth mindset and is committed to helping customers level up themselves through various types of structured learning.
I have worked in product management for over 10 years, with the majority of that time focused on education technology and corporate training platforms.
My focus is to serve as LCvista’s internal voice of the customer, ensuring a user-centric approach in executing the company’s overall product vision and direction. I enjoy communicating and collaborating with all aspects of the organization to bring great products to life.
