I have over 20 years of experience in designing, building, and managing software and engineering teams. Having held roles at several companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500, including Wells Fargo, Expedia, and zulily.
Three areas that I love most about working at LCVista, are our team, our customers, and our virtual office. I love being surrounded and supported with a such a collaborative, focused team of people. I love working with our customers to help automate and improve their jobs to make them more efficient. A remote office and lack of commute has given us incredible flexibility to manage our lives outside of work.
I’ve enjoyed working in the accounting industry for ten plus years with experience in customer support, account management, and product implementation. My primary role as COO is to ensure our clients successfully utilize all that LCVista has to offer. I’m committed to the LCVista experience all the way from our internal processes to the customer interaction.
What I enjoy most about LCVista is our client community. I feel so fortunate to interact with such an amazing group of people who openly communicate and are dedicated to the future of our products.
My background is in customer support where I have been in the compliance industry for over 8 years. My main focus as product owner, is understanding how customers are using the product and communicating this to our incredible development team.
My favorite thing about LCVista is the commitment each team member has to making our customers the number one priority, and producing an ever-evolving product that will meet their needs.
I have worked in the Tax & Accounting industry for a little over 10 years. I get to work closely with customers making sure their onboarding/implementation and support experience is top notch. Customer Service is a passion of mine and something I strive to consistently improve on a daily basis.

I am passionate about continuing education compliance. I have worked in the industry for six years, specializing in supporting professionals obtaining and maintaining their licenses, CE reporting, CE sponsor applications, and software implementation. I also worked as a Learning Consultant for Tax and Industry training and taught English overseas.
I research upcoming rule changes to ensure their accurate interpretation and test upcoming compliance enhancements for seamless implementation. LCVista allows me to use my experience as a customer to serve our customers, and I love being part of a team so dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
I have a history of outstanding customer service focused in client retention, internal support, and product development. I’ve worked with several Learning Management Systems, webcasting services, course authoring tools, and compliance services.
My priorities at LCVista are to ensure our clients derive value from every service they utilize, and to continue fostering the existing environment where they feel supported and respected.

I have three years’ experience as a software engineer. As a Full Stack Software Engineer at LCVista, I work on implementing new features for our clients — everything from new compliance rules to building backend infrastructure that improves our site performance.
I like working in a fast-paced startup where everyone is dedicated to building the best product for our clients. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and works together extremely well.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science where I have worked as a developer and consultant for projects big and small across many platforms and technologies before joining LCVista.
I really enjoy our small, integrated team and the camaraderie among the employees.
I have been writing software since I was a kid. Later in life, I received my CPA license, then worked in interest rate derivatives on Wall Street. After that I lived in Vietnam for 6 years working as a television actor and trading U.S. equities remotely.
As a developer with LCVista I get to work with an amazing team, use the latest technologies, and it also feels great to be back working with the accounting industry.
I come from a Web development background and have 15 years of experience working with a variety of back-end and front-end technologies. I’ve worked on large-scale Web sites for major organizations and have also completed many smaller freelance projects.

Since graduating from a coding bootcamp in Seattle early last year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a few different startups. My work has been focused primarily on front-end software development, including UI, design, and building test coverage. Prior to that, I spent several years teaching middle-school and high-school Math and Science.
I enjoy working on an agile team that prides itself in being both highly responsive to its customer community, as well as invested in the professional and personal development of its employees.
I have over 6 years in Software Quality Assurance across multiple industries. My primary focus as a QA Engineer is to ensure software is thoroughly reviewed, tested, and validated through manual and automated testing. I get to work with both the business owners and developers to make sure software changes follow guidelines set by both parties.
