Today, I’m excited to announce that LCvista has acquired Spiirall, the leading provider of learning, development and talent advisory services to the accounting profession.
Our mission at LCvista is to meet the evolving professional development needs of accounting and advisory firms. Spiirall helps us achieve that mission.
We believe that accounting firms have unique needs that demand accounting-specific solutions. Like us, Spiirall is singularly focused on accounting, and as a result, they’ve developed deep, accounting-specific expertise. That expertise and the services they provide perfectly complement our existing software platform and Content Marketplace. Together, we can meet more of our clients’ needs, more effectively.
We’ve partnered with Spiirall since their inception in 2022. They use our learning and compliance software to deliver their services; we share mutual customers; and our teams work together on a regular basis. Over time, we’ve developed a deep, mutual respect.
I first met the Spiirall team at an industry event shortly after joining LCvista in 2023. I was immediately struck by the similarities in mission, values and culture between the two organizations and our shared passion for accounting learning and development. When I met Danielle (Spiirall’s CEO), I was blown away by her energy, quick-wittedness, and big picture thinking.
We started talking about joining forces last summer, and as we’ve pursued the idea, my enthusiasm has only grown.
I’m excited about the positive impact this combination will have on our clients and the industry as a whole. I’m excited about the Spiirall team bringing their passion and personality to LCvista. And I’m excited about partnering with Danielle and welcoming her to our leadership team.
Our acquisition of Spiirall reflects our deep commitment to the accounting profession. We look forward to continuing to drive innovation in learning and development.
